Reservation, pre-payment and deposit
• 50% of the rental amount is required as a deposit
• The balance of the rent is to be paid in cash (In Euro or BRL) on the arrival date or by bank transfer 5 days prior to arrival
• Please note that the booking will not be confirmed until Ipanema Flat has received the pre-payment amount and you have received a confirmation e-mail
Arrivals and departures terms
• The payment is to be made in cash in Euro or BRL at the official exchange rate of the day
• Please advise us in advance of the arrival time so that we can meet you directly in the apartment
• Check in before 8:00am or after 8:00 pm will have an extra charge of 50 BRL
• Normal check out time is 12:00 AM. If no one rents the apartment on the day you are leaving we do not charge for a late check out on that day.
• When leaving, the guest is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition, otherwise a cleaning service fee will be charged (80 BRL)
Apartment Services
• Mobile phone: We can provide a mobile phone free of charge. Please let us know at least 2 days prior to your arrival
• Cleaning service: Dependable and efficient, 4 hours costs 80 BRL
Cancelation Policy
Reservations will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. However, in some cases, you will be able to change the dates of your stay, at your convenience, depending on availability.
General Rules
Tenant shall be responsible for any fines that may be incurred due to violation of any laws, the convention or internal regulations of the building in which the apartment is located. Payment of the fine shall be made to Ipanema Flat, as soon as we are notified as to the motive and value of said fine.
